Anyone know any good foreign films? Or rather, any good films in general? I need something to do with my life other than coursework, AU, and Wii-ing. :P

Well, I just went through those fun list things we've been doing on AU. :D

Some Like It Hot
Duck Soup
A Night at the Opera
His Girl Friday
Adam's Rib
Arsenic and Old Lace
Horse Feathers
Take the Money and Run
(Of course, if you aren't a Marx brother's fan that strikes about half of them.)

North by Northwest
The Maltese Falcon
Strangers on a Train
All the President's Men (this one's American history)
Spartacus
The Magnificent Seven
The Guns of Navarone

Roman Holiday
The Philadelphia Story (MUST see)
The Ghost and Mrs. Muir (Rex Harrison)

Wii is gooood :D lol.

Um, the Counterfeiters is a really good German (?) foreign film :):) I also love The Boy in the Striped Pajamas (lol ok, so both of those have to do with the Holocaust and are very depressing...sorry ;p) and Slumdog Millionaire...hmm....and a really random one would be Transformers. I thought I'd hate that movie but it was really good lol! :D

Actually, there are very few German films I can recommend (I muchly prefer English/American movies :P ). Sophie Scholl – The Final Days was pretty good though. :)

the Doctor =

People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but actually, from a non-linear, non-subjective viewpoint, it's more like a big ball of wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey... stuff.

Thanks, ladies. :) I've seen a few of those, but I've added the ones I haven't seen to my list of movies to view. Hopefully these will keep me sane till the end of school.
